The Better Business School was Created to be the most affordable solution to this burning question:

I started my first company, Strand Consulting, to solve this problem.

More people needed our help than we had the capacity to serve, and our client roster was fully booked with a waitlist 3+ months out.
Not every small business builder and dreamer could afford the 1-1 consulting rates.

People wanted to work with us, yet those just starting out didn’t always have the budget to afford higher-level consulting, and were asking for a more affordable option.

So, we launched an experiment.

In January of 2019 I told our first 37 students that “I don’t know if this is going to work, but we’re going to do our best.”

And our best worked.

To replicate the results we had generated for our clients through one-on-one coaching and consulting, we launched our first group coaching program called Marketing Magic.

We could in fact get the same results in a group that we could 1-1. (In fact, millions of dollars were generated for our clients from the first cohort alone.)
The key to success was in the timeless foundational principles they were learning. (And whatever was “lost” from the 1-1 support, was gained from having a peer community to go on the journey with.)

And then in 2021, the Better Business School was born, where we took group programs to the next level by putting our students in a real-time business incubator to not only build out their strategies, but also offer continued guidance to troubleshoot as those strategies were implemented.
